Features:
Hot dip galvanizing is a process in which steel flanges are submerged in molten zinc at a temperature of 850F. During this process, the molten zinc reacts with the steel to form thin layers of zinc alloys. These layers form a barrier that can provide exceptional corrosion protection compared to more traditional methods. This helps to increase the life and productivity of each flange. Ming hot dip galvanized flanges come with extra deep stamping for ease of identification.
